No enough about Bioscience in here, which is for some reason a major target of the Trump admin and DOGE. So much going on with sequencing technologies, health research and therapy development that feeds into non-academic sectors in the US.

Great to see someone in congress standing up for science. We need it on both sides of the aisle, but agree the R's probably have more power to make an impact currently. WaPo article is not open access. Seems to be the same content on Todd Young's website: www.young.senate.gov/newsroom/pre...

That is about 4 times the total annual budget to the major scientific funding organization, NSF, right?
