It's pretty great.
After Thanksgiving I now take the leftover stuffing, mix it with a raw egg, pack it lightly into buttered muffin cups and bake "stuffing muffins" for use w leftover turkey. Add a smear of the cranberry fruit stuff, pile on turkey.... oof. 👍

It's pretty great.

Chopped up dried apricots, some raspberry jam, some chopped mandarins as I turn off the heat. And a teaspoon of dried ginger. And a shot of tequila.
I'll mix a cup of it with an equal amount of pico de Gallo so I'll have one sweet relish, one spicy.

ABSOLUTELY have professionally reviewed contracts in place before ANY work is done.
I might repeat this multiple times. HIRE A LAWYER AND LET THEM DO THEIR THING. It is absolutely worth it, and absolutely a bad idea to proceed without it.

And what year did I miraculously manage my biggest "golden ticket" moment where I foolishly thought I finally had a winning hand?
