Again, Putin doesn't make "deals." He lies, cheats, reneges, ignores the said deals.

He and Trump are identical that way.
Putin says a U.S. delegation will visit Moscow next week to talk, called parts of the peace plan “laughable.” He denied plans to attack Europe, floated nuclear test talks, and declared direct legal talks with Ukraine “impossible.”

Oh, and Kyiv must hold a referendum on giving up land.
