I was raised to respect the military and law enforcement, but damn, so many seem to be MAGA. How many J6ers were former military, how many Proud Boys, how many of the ICE agents that seem to get off on hurting people? Please tell me the numbers aren’t as large as they seem to be.

I think you’re completely underestimating the level of racism in the middle of the country. I live in that sphere and the things people say about people of color is horrifying. And those are just the ones willing to say that stuff out loud.
