It always feels slightly less rewarding to boycott someone whose product sucks. Like at least with Chik-Fil-A I’m missing out on their breakfast sandwiches. By not patronizing Starbucks I’m simply continuing to not drink their shit coffee.

While I won’t say that ham has NO place, it comes down to that or the green bean casserole for me. I saw some people say rolls, but if you aren’t making mini sandwiches during dinner, you’re doing it wrong.

If she wants “whatever genre The Mountain Goats are,” try Neutral Milk Hotel. I used to get that recommendation all the time as a “because you like The Mountain Goats,” and I recently listened to them and thought, “okay, I get it.”
