Maybe there'd be calm if the federal government followed the law and stopped murdering people.

I pay taxes. I follow the law. I do what is asked of me by the government. I deserve a government that keeps me and my community safe. If the government can't hold up its end of the bargain, the people will.

Key question is did he have it in his hand or access to it? If not, this is murder.
