Ugh, been calling a bunch for these bills. Everything I am is hoping we don't have to deal with these and so, if someone haven't called about these yet, call now! I know things like this have been killed before though, so here's hoping

Its also good to remember the guy who made the bill originally and is the main sponsor on the senate side was also the same guy who created the interstate obscenity definition act, A bill that just straight up bans porn with definitions so broad and vague it can pull in anything you can think of.

the "GAMING" Act is probably also not very threatening on its own, but it raises a lot of questions re: implementation, and it would likely rely heavily on Age Verification legislation even if it doesnt address AV itself
