I just checked the Russian sanctions list & found that Marco Rubio is still sanctioned by Russia:
#1484 out of 2171 Americans sanctioned by Russia at present (including me).
Needless to say, Witkoff & Kushner, the Kremlin favorites, are not sanctioned.

Denna familj fick tre presentkort i augusti och tre till i november. Vi bakade ihop dubbelutdelningen i en presentation. Familjen överlever på låg dagersättning så fanns goda skäl att ge dubbelhjälpen.
