there are so many rad wins w/ point access blocks (single stair buildings) - but perhaps the best is the ability to develop/parcels that are incredibly thin.

no [parcel] assembly required. leads to time and cost savings as well. plus just an incredible amount of density without massive buildings.

A major lab developer has sold a 1.55-acre retail property near Boston Landing, taking a $10 million loss in the process.

But will the buyer build the labs as permitted? Or will they switch to housing, as others are doing? Watch this space.

Green Line B branch riders in Brighton currently wait for trains on unprotected asphalt strips in the middle of Commonwealth Ave.
