My lucky break was that a very central person left right at the end of my contract so I was hired permanently and soon found myself asked to manage multi-year projects. It's not the field I imagined I'd be in and it was overwhelming as shit at first, but after five years, I'm comfortable 🙏

The upside of having a not too interesting job is that you can mentally check out more easily and not feel it so deeply if it isn't going well I guess.... The financial stability is good at least 🙏🙏
