If it doesn't mean like, environmental damage/burns/lung damage/etc and just means any damage that's slightly less tedious but I'm assuming it specifically means wounds you need special meds to heal

The game is fine NOW but even on PC it was a disaster at launch and it’s become controversial to acknowledge that, the amount of gaslighting is fucking insane

(I vaguely remembered RetroAchievements doing something controversial and was trying to remember what it was, I was expecting to land on like, /r/emulation or something lol)
