Yeah; it’s the most convenient time for me b/c I’m so busy during the day (and I don’t feel like waking up even earlier to fit working out into my morning routine).

That happened to me last night: went to sleep around midnight…woke up around 3.
Muscle “pains” and my body getting reacclimated to a more physical lifestyle won’t let me sleep for very long (at least for these next few days).
