This is Popcorn. I picked him up, emaciated, with an eye and respiratory infection, plus canker. Eyes + respiratory have cleared up but now on a 3rd drug for canker. Still very underweight and requiring tube feeding with formula, vomiting solids, he needs your love and wishes! #pigeons #pigeonrescue
