Mostly harmless
Kinda feel for Everton fans, who are trying to watch coverage of a brilliant away win that takes them into the top half, and are having to sit through studio disappointment due to narrative.

Just cover the sport and let the 'storyline' happen.

I wonder if there was any thought given to casting Limmy as the Jimmy character at the end of 28 years later.

He'll have to drink his way out.

Nahah Ben Whites done the pundits. This is such weird coverage, I guess it's their home leg.

I didn't know Macclesfield had sadly lost a young player recently; that they'd been bought back from oblivion in a drunken online rightmove purchase, that their manager was a pundits little brother, that their captain was using a tractor to clear snow off the pitch at midnight for midweek training..

I worry that "Buckley-Ricketts inspiring Macclesfield Town to a two nil lead over Crystal Palace in the third round" may be a dangerously British sentence for any American readers.

Invasion of the Ned Flanderereses moments in Pluribus are cracking me up. Hi Carol! 👋

I am intrigued by this "Hamnet" film. Been a while since I've seen anything advertised that meant anything to me, at all.

Watching the 2000AD documentary on the YouTube and it's fantastic.

(Frustratingly includes one truly awful man before his awfulness was revealed, who equally frustratingly relates one of the most heartbreaking footnotes about how much halo Jones we didn't get to read.)

I can only assume 'Quents' felt personally attacked by danos compellingly creepy, enraging and very successful performance.

OMFG spurs 🤣

I also liked the way Haribold Kane didn't score or anything.

On the other place people can command a computer program to show them, in the most earnest and hyperbolic terms what the world's richest man needs to hear about himself, 24/7. The future is amazing.

It's taken until game week 11 for me to realise Ally McCoist is saying Darren, not 'Darling.' I was happier in ignorance.

I wonder if the commentary team on the Villa match are battling intrusive thoughts.

Does religion need VAR, and what impact will it have on congregations? Is there a place for semi automated psalms?

I think the office environment could be improved if we returned to grasping a business opponents tie and, with a sharp yank, shrinking the knot while saying 'peanut.'

It's only hearing the real Matt Berry doing a voice over that carries the correct level of menace. Like a velvet car crash.

Hmm, LiVARpool Vs Real VARdrid. Something had to give. The refs look of panic when the video assistant screamed you've just given a penalty against Real Madrid 😂
