If the book retails for $25, each copy probably earns something like $3.00 in royalties (let's say 12% average on list price), so it would have to sell 666,666 copies to earn out the $2 mil. Sounds unlikely.

What do you use it for? In my profession it doesn’t work at all, it just creates more work for no appreciable gain, but I’m curious about other fields.
