That's insane, that's -1C, and incredibly difficult on your delicate ecosystem. I live in a rainforest in Vancouver, Canada, and dipping that low causes equally harsh damage. Same as you, we don't have insulation in buildings, or infrastructure to cope. Thank goodness there isn't climate change./S
