I feel really stupid right now, I created an onboarding for ClickUp integration that takes a new user about 5 to 10 minutes... many users do not complete onboarding because it requires some work.
and now I've found out that its all unnecessary and I can simplify it to literally 1 user click

Analytics have been in PostFlow for a few months, and some tables have already over 2M rows
Jobs for materialization began to slow down ~90 seconds
Added few indexes some code opt. and went from 90 seconds to 2 sec 🙂

I tracked whats the first user' action after onboarding, for 60 days
The results are exactly the opposite of what I thought:
🥇 68 % - start exploring
🥈 22 % - connect other accounts
🥉 10 % - compose first post
👉 track your things
