So, I finally found the answer: the last PL 5 win streak was the 2022-23 season, which oddly enough included the WC Qatar winter break. 1st win was away at Fulham (with the last min Garna winner) on Nov 13, 2022 and the 5th was at home to City on Jan 14th, 2023.

Ffs, this is not my year for FPL.

The only thing I wouldn’t be fine with would be the widening financial gap to teams who are in Europe. I think we’re going to see a fairly dire end of year report next fall with Europe this season. I think we’re on course for the fewest amount of game played in a season in a long time.

At the beginning of the season, the highest I thought we’d finish was 6th but also held realistic expectations of being as low as 10th. Progress is rarely linear but signs are there that we’re improving.
