Basically our GAA counties don't need to be the same as the administrative counties.

The town councils were a decent idea but more local power is needed in Ireland. And more budget raising powers.

How To Do Nothing is a book I read on release and I come back to it so often (although I haven't read the full thing since).
It was such a timely book
