The great irony is that not only are they ahead in nuclear tech and build capacity, you morons started shutting down yours. Like you are really telling on yourself in so many way that at this point you've kind of proven my argument for me hahaha. at this point I block the idiots
November 25, 2025 at 11:14 PM
Blah blah; yet you rely heavily on them economically so I guess the joke is on you buddy. The same tough industry decisions they made about investments is what allows them to produce the materials for your green transition so you can then act holier than thou. Re nuclear, they're ahead there too
November 25, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Like if ever there was an indictment of one system when compared to another, not bothering to invest in self-preservation militarily or economically is definitely one of the strongest. I can't argue with somebody that sticks their head so far into the sand they hit solid rock
November 25, 2025 at 11:11 PM
The fact a well that you are making the argument "how possibly could we invest in our defence against a revanchist adversary?!?!?" is just too perfect. Then talk shit about China who makes the tough investment decisions. Can't believe I'm defending them but idiots make me do strange things
November 25, 2025 at 11:09 PM
Let's see, nobody mentioned 10%; raising it to 2% which what was outlined in long held agreements would have been a good start.

And you explained nothing coherent, just sort of handwaved away and said "we're not a dictatorship" as though that had any argumentative value by itself
November 25, 2025 at 11:06 PM
Buddy, the fact you don't think you're already in a confrontation just articulates my point still further about the EU :) Didn't say anything about boots on the ground, but simply matching the material aid like say North Korea shouldn't have been a stretch yet here we are, EU floundering
November 25, 2025 at 11:05 PM
When you have a infinitely greater PPP that argument starts to fall apart real quick. And when a nation controls many inputs to your economy, especially the green supply chain, then I wouldn't be throwing stones.

More to the point, quality of life is increasing in China as well
November 25, 2025 at 10:56 PM
How the hell does North Korea and Iran manage to materially supply rus practically on even terms (eg. artillery shells) as EUR did to Ukr? Really should shoot in the back of the head the reflexive argument "we'll we're not a dictatorship so by default we win."
November 25, 2025 at 10:52 PM
The fact that EUR self deterred or otherwise got in its own way despite the threat and the need to act being clear often came down to what was outlined previously; a lawyering approach to "oh can we do this?" which led to you being reactive and when you did act, doing so weakly.
November 25, 2025 at 10:50 PM
The inability to confront a security challenge of an adversary that you outmatch in nearly metric because it is somehow intentional is not some sort of show of strength; it's a declaration of weakness. You crossed redlines only when you had American backing at the time
November 25, 2025 at 10:48 PM
I don't want to make them out to be 10ft omnipotent supermen; they're not. But the argument of "they are a dictatorship so we win by default" I hate considering EU has tremendous economic and demographic advantages over rus for example; yet they have been sidelined b/c they can't act coherently
November 25, 2025 at 10:38 PM
1 factor and not a decisive one; when they invested heavily into critical industries that control the critical inputs into EUR's own economy, they can create other uproars anyway eg. wiping out Germany's automotive industry. Re pollution, ironically they control much of the green supply chain
November 25, 2025 at 10:31 PM
EUR by contrast is suffering simultaneous crisis which its decaying institutions haven't been able to handle. The inability of a mechanism to kick out bad faith actors such as Hungary that use those same institutions to block progress is just one example, inability to meet the rus challenge another
November 25, 2025 at 10:25 PM
Dictatorship or not, it managed to come the longest way the fastest in terms of it's growth. And when it decides on national policy it goes towards it effectively; hence why it has a stranglehold on refining the products and critical components EUR needs for its own industry
November 25, 2025 at 10:14 PM
That might be 2nd hand coincidence as I remember getting it from an article comparing build times and budget adherence for infrastructure projects in China and the West in general and how we just can't seem to build on time to budget anymore
November 25, 2025 at 4:40 PM
I don't want to sound like I'm stanning for China (because I'm definitely not one of those), but one analogy I've heard is that China is getting run by engineers, West run by lawyers and the outcomes show. Generalistic, yeah; but definitely relevant to the EU side of the analogy
November 25, 2025 at 4:04 PM
We have the same problem in Australia; massive abundance in materials (especially lithium) but past getting it out of the ground we donno value adding. Anybody can mine; very few can refine into useful products that are then sold. China played it's cards well
November 25, 2025 at 11:41 AM
Dear god, the conceit of some Americans really needs to be dissected and studied. I get the feeling she goes out of her way to prove how hard she thinks she has it whenever she goes to a party
November 25, 2025 at 6:40 AM
Gotta say, am a lil jelly hehehe
November 24, 2025 at 8:34 AM
Assuming you're trolling on this, as it's a lil idiotic considering there was a very large proportion of women in support of "pro-life" as well as well as one 1 of the chief justices that overturned it.

But if serious, cool; but I get to call you a Trumper from now on as you're American
November 24, 2025 at 2:45 AM
Nobody believes that the "peace plan" is anything other than a break before rus tries again; it makes far more sense to cause as much damage as you can considering the resources you have invested fortifying territory that you know you will have to fight over again one way or the other anyway
November 22, 2025 at 9:52 AM
There is a practical reason; Ukraine at great effort and expense built a line of fortifications in the donbas that rus haven't reached yet. giving up that territory and the fortification with it makes no sense; you worsen your defensive position and the potential attrition you would have inflicted
November 22, 2025 at 9:48 AM
in that case say no more! :D
November 22, 2025 at 6:19 AM
okay, somebody want to give me some notes on who this person is and why Mr Rock doesn't like her?
November 22, 2025 at 2:29 AM
The point about the western Europe living in their own fantasy land where they hand waved away Eastern Europeans security concerns has no argument from me, esp. as it was often accompanied by a big superiority complex (though they were right about Slovakia and Hungary, they are idiots)
