We are entering into a dystopian reality. Many single-issue voters voted for donald Trump; on January 29th they will begin finding out what else they voted for.

I am weary.

After we were seated, my wife suggested it might be nice if we paid for their lunch. Moments later, the owner of the Diner came over and told us the couple had paid for our lunch. Wherever you are, thank you for making our day.

I say Trump doesn't care what the Constitution says. On Jan. 20th he will set the evil Stephen Miller loose to wreak havoc on lives of immigrants in America--much worse than the events of his first term; the Constitution will not get in Miller's way. Miller is a white supremacist immigrant-hater.

I have been off the corner for the past few days due to breathing problems that are exacerbated by the extreme cold and wind. I will continue my vigil until I am physically or mentally unable to go on.

I just can't fathom how anyone who is struggling financially can think that Donald Trump or Elon Musk is going to make their lives better. It doesn't compute for me.

I will be be on the corner tomorrow from 7:30-9:00am.

I don't think it's all that hard for me to do what I'm doing. I don't have financial problems. A lot of you are living paycheck to paycheck and it doesn't seem to be getting better.

I sometimes think that I have too much access to the world.

My mind is inundated with the "bad" that seems to be all around me. I sometimes wish I could tune it out, but I can't. It's not who I am.
