Hard to say without knowing where you're coming from, but if you're in the NY to DC corridor, Amtrak is the way. The weight limit is 20 pounds, your pet has to be in a carrier, but I bet you could slide by at 25 lbs.

I will never forget my Harvard alumni interview (early 80s). The alum who interviewed me had a son at Harvard. He said, proudly, "My son's dorm is a real mixed bag. They have a Black, two Jews, and a cripple." That was his idea of a progressive school.

The Nazis used their power to make themselves very, very rich. Every newlywed couple in Nazi Germany was given a copy of Mein Kampf, the proceeds going into Hitler's pocket. He even squeezed money from the postal service to license the use of his image on stamps, for god's sake. The grift continues.
