When Asha lost her sight as a child, books disappeared from her life. Learning Braille gave her independence again and opened the door to education. On World Braille Day, we remember that access to information is a right for everyone, including people with visual disabilities.

The Cambodian government is not giving enough help to the hundreds of thousands of migrant workers who have returned from Thailand after the recent tensions. Many families came back with no money, no jobs and no support. They deserve safety, assistance and respect, not neglect.
