A piece of baked tofu on a salad with 1/2 cup quinoa and some almonds

A 3 oz pouch/can/tin of tuna, salmon, sardines
iPhone size serving of lean red meat or chicken
3/4 cup of cottage cheese
A cup of Greek yogurt with high protein granola
An omelet with 2 eggs and 1 ounce turkey
