👀 We see you Rob

💰 Congressman Rob Bresnahan campaigned on being against insider stock trading, but has been a giant offender since taking office.

⚕️ Bresnahan profited off of stocks in Medicaid and then voted to SLASH Medicaid from working class Americans.

When thinking about what could best represent Dan Meuser, who’s always preying on his constituents and can’t be trusted to govern with their best interests in mind, we came up with one answer: a vulture. So Vulture Dan started showing up for Fight Back Fridays and a ✨legend✨ was born.

In our posts highlighting Fight Back Fridays in Williamsport, you may notice a regular participant that looks an awful lot like a stuffed vulture. That’s Vulture Dan!

*No offense to any actual vultures who may read this & would likely do a better job representing the 9th District than Meuser.

We’re proud of the team making Fight Back Fridays a success. Since Sept. 12, we’ve spoken to staffers, asked why the office is so often closed (and dusty? More on that later.), and built a community of dedicated activists who don’t hesitate to demand better. And we have fun while we’re doing it!

In early August, we sat down with our friends at Williamsport 50501 to brainstorm: how can we hold Congressman Dan Meuser accountable? We came up with Fight Back Fridays, a weekly action outside Meuser’s office in Williamsport to bring constituents together and demand more from the congressman. 🧵
