The school is about to host a first round playoff game and cannot possibly allow the toxicity from the fan base toward the coach bleed over. Clean break is necessary for all involved. Also you’ve promoted one of his assistants to be the guy. Let him run it out.

Depends on what part of town. Went up against Marist and Pius kids in sports fairly regularly in the early 90’s. But also grew up playing with some Mormon kids up the street so never thought much about either.
