Unless Congress extends the enhanced premium tax credits, more than 24 million people with Marketplace plans will face higher health insurance costs.

And 4.2 million people, many with serious illnesses like cancer, will be left uninsured.

In a victory for the fight against cancer, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the ACA's provision that requires most private insurers cover lifesaving preventive care services without cost sharing. ACS CAN led 32 partner organizations in applauding the decision: www.fightcancer.org/releases/mor...
