I'm a physicist, a witch, and a gamer (not necessarily in that order).

I write blog posts on my hobbies. In 2025, that's mostly Baldur's Gate 3. I also post pictures of my cats, if they feel like it.

My opinions are based on too little research.
I never joke about desiccants. They're such a dry subject for humor.

They start out as white beads. Then they absorb the toxen-laden moisture from the atmosphere and turn into what you saw.

None... because I haven't really gone to concerts.

Is this like Whamageddon? Do I win something?

Or, if filksinging counts: Leslie Fish.

Thank goodness you omitted the comma before the subordinate clause and forgot the period at the end of the sentence. Otherwise we'd have to wait by the phone for the ransom call.

No, we want to know today. What's your favorite Beatles song? Answer the question!

There were some transition rough spots (1Password integration, I can't stand a color-shifting tab bar). But once those settled down, I'm satisfied with Vivaldi. Thanks!

Hmm... the sync function look similar in functionality to Firefox's, and it's available on Mac, Windows, and Linux.

I'll have to check if it's compatible with my password manager, but this looks intriguing.

The only thing that keeps from me from switching away from Firefox is bookmark sync. With Firefox, I can sync my bookmarks and menus between MacOS, Windows, and Linux.

I haven't seen any other browser that can do that... except for Chrome, and that's like jumping from a burning building into lava.

I echo Francesca's question. Are you referring to place you used to live?

Side note: The irony of Heinlein's Coventry was that society that the exiles formed was pretty much like US society at the time.
