The Supreme Court has declined to hear Kim Davis’ challenge to the constitutional protections for marriage equality.

The right to marry is a fundamental right for same-sex couples and must be protected by both the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Cisgender people are able to access gender-affirming care under the age of 19. Transgender people should be allowed the same access to gender-affirming care.

A federal court temporarily blocking the President's executive order restricting access is a win for the bodily autonomy of all Americans.
