These agreements, which allow local police to act as immigration agents, do nothing but erode Granite Staters’ trust with law enforcement and harm our friends and neighbors.

Our friends, neighbors, and immigrant communities across NH deserve better than having to live in constant fear of being ripped from their families, threatened with being held for an indiscriminate amount of time, and being deported.

But a majority of people who are being targeted and swept up in Trump’s deportation machine are not criminals, including the 80% of immigrant detainees at the Berlin federal prison.

No one should live in fear for who they are and transgender people, like all of us, deserve dignity and pathways to a bright future.

A world without transgender people has never existed and it never will. We remain committed to defending and protecting transgender people across the Granite State in the courts, at the State House, and in the streets.

✅ Voters should bring a valid photo ID.

✅ You can register to vote at your local polling location on Election Day but must bring documents proving identity, age, domicile, and citizenship.

❎ You cannot register to vote online in the state of New Hampshire.
