Yes though thats a decision you make by talking with your partner, not something you do from advice outside, a passerby can only see so much into your home through the window.

A good reason why you shouldn't closely listen to advice from anyone about what to or not to do about your personal relationships. Your partner focusing on growth shouldn't be a reason you leave them for, if you can see they are literally plugging away at it.
