I found what i was looking for. I don't exactly recall how i came across it, but i just finished watching it, and i can now say that Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night is one of the most emotional pieces of media i've ever consumed.
I absolutely recommend watching this. It's truly peak.

Sure! The first one is my Sona, the Researcher/Historian, with their Gen 9 team (their main Partner Cinderace is always with them but they get a new team each gen, but this gen they brought their Noivern from Gen 6 back)

You know it's pretty awesome that amongst my OCs with noble goals like "I'm a researcher/historian aiming to solve the mysteries of the past" and "I'm a coordinator and producer aiming to make people happy" i have one OC who's goal is just "i'm going to be a reeally fucking powerful pokemon trainer"

Totally, and her having the same design on her earrings in her older design tells me that it's intentional, so i wonder if she was ever planned to have one or have a connection to it at least
Personally i'm going to headcanon that she saw one early into her adventure or something (like Ash did)

Passimian is another odd one. The colour change of the wrists isn't consistent with the rest of the shiny and therefore results in the shiny's wrists and hands being the same colour when they weren't originally. Then the blue isn't consistent at all, being used only on the shoulders and tail stripe
