Given the lack of evidence and the potential for harm, trusted medical entities like the American Medical Association, the American College of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, Planned Parenthood, and more, all advise that “abortion pill reversal” should not be promoted.

CfA created Google accounts simulating 20-year-old women searching for pre-abortion ultrasounds in AZ, FL, and WI and found 67% of ads Google served were from CPCs marketing ultrasounds that don't meet the states’ reqs—something neither the ads nor the landing pages disclosed.
