But I do get the feeling, unless we dismantle colonialist systems, we're just going to be running from one app & company to another while still somehow funding atrocities because these companies all too often end up funding incredibly oppressive & violent systems

The day I received the letter from the insurance company was the exact same day the CEO was murdered lol. I was like

Had to go to the ER. Med staff thought it was likely a result of my body being stressed while building up antibodies from my recent covid booster. Also, my insurance company didn't think going to the ER, as instructed by medical experts to make sure I didn't lose my eye, was a medical necessity

I had shingles in my left eye last year. Wasn't much fun, to be honest
