like you not knowing what Z-A royale is despite you already living there. legends arceus had good motivation for the player character, i'm just not sure what was going on for them in the story department other than them just wanting to get to the ending as 'easily' as possible

that's what i was feeling at the beginning like "why do i care about AZ, why do I owe him anything, i'm literally just a tourist", i felt like this sort of disconnect could have been mitigated by you MOVING to Lumiose instead of being a stranger if they needed to keep all the "tutorial" stuff
