Today, Monday February 10th 2025, CWA Local 7250 filed Unfair Labor Practice charges against Activision with the National Labor Relations Board in Minneapolis. The ULP is in regards to the unjust termination of Allen Junge, a QA tester and union leader who was unjustly terminated.

On December 9th Allen Junge, a union activist with the Communications Workers of America at Activision Quality Assurance in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota was unjustly terminated. Allen has been a core part of the wave of unionization across the video game industry.

Yesterday afternoon, AQAU-CWA members held a rally protesting Activision and Microsoft's refusal to allow work from home accommodations to employees who need it. Fox9 was onsite for news coverage and snagged an interview with one of our union stewards.

On November 30th, Activision QA employees in Minneapolis, Austin, and El Segundo received an email announcing that hybrid work will be ended in January for QA employees.
