The key to drawing boys and girls I find is geometric in nature. Boys are more rectangular, girls are more triangular. That's why girls have an hourglass figure, not matter if they're skinny, chubby or or somewhere in between.

Well I know in some campaigns primitive orc tribes usually have names that describe some distinctive feature, like Ugly Face, Long Tooth, Iron Claw.
So her name could be something like Potty Pants, Baby Tooth, or Bunny Bladder. Believe it or not being name after an organ is a compliment.
