Windows is not for beginners anymore, there's just a ton of shenanigans people have to do these days to get a proper [ windows 11 pro, local account , <100 processes at idle, debloated (chrisTitusTool), configured, CloneZilla image for backup, not get viruses, etc ]. It's a full time job.
