And its 6am Monday, I need to get up and get sorted for the day job and get a teenager up for school. But my brain wants to write and draw maps. Think I know what I'm doing when I get home tonight.

It was super strange last night. The house was way too quiet. Son is staying over at his dad's. The first time in months. I never realised how weird it is not to hear my son in the other room.

Here are my Lycans and Werewolves for my universe. In most books and films they are one and the same, but in my universe they are separate Creatures. The form they take in wolf form sets them apart.

All yesterday I had a scene going over and over in my head. So as soon as I got home from work I wrote it down, as it was driving me crazy. This morning the next scenes there 🙈 at least I can say I'm on a roll. Amazing how altering one but the story flows again.

Have you ever been writing a story and have a rough plot of where its headed then your characters do a complete turn and take it off in a new direction? This has just happened to me. My own characters are now linking the story to a magical book I had only intended to use in one scene. 🙈
