Took the Römertopf for a spin tonight, and I gotta say, it was a success. Chicken was great, moist and tender. The veggies were over done, but that's partly my fault (1:20 at 375 and it wasn't done, so I bumped it to 400). Not sure it's worth $200, but I found it for $5 at a thrift store, so
