You can report your street online at aacounty.org/public-works/highways/snow-removal. Conditions will continue to improve as we cycle through routes, but please know that our goal is to provide passable roads, not bare pavement, on residential streets.

Since the storm, crews have cleared 100% of our main roads, 97% of collector roads, and serviced 86% of neighborhoods. Clean up is expected to continue through Sunday, dependent on new accumulation.

Plow trucks are continuously applying salt, and crews are out working to remove snowpack, widen roads, move snow, and reach previously unserviced communities.

Ice bonding, chemical effectiveness challenges due to the low temperatures, and the nature of the precipitation have made conditions extremely challenging, extending our snow removal work.

Residents are encouraged to remain cautious and avoid unnecessary travel. For those who must travel, please ensure your vehicle is winter-ready, take it slow, and do not crowd the plow. Untreated surfaces, including stairs and walkways, may present slip hazards.
