You know, a lot of cocktails like this fell out of fashion because folks are squeamish about drinking an egg white. But you can't even taste it and it adds this lovely, velvety mouth feel to the drink. It's a great gin forward, citrus cocktail!

It was very peasant! I think a touch of sweet would have balanced it out, but it had a lovely mouth feel and flavor profile.
