For those beside themselves with anticipation for the real budget drama - the vote on the Welsh Govt's budget - yesterday's #Senedd debate on an opposition motion on the UK budget (& which saw the Welsh Govt defeated by 25 votes to 24) will provide plenty of fuel for speculation mongers #devolution
