contacted ASUS and told them my mistake and they sent a brand new one. I heard horror stories about the warranty claims but this went pretty smoothly.

Accidentally enabled email 2fa thinking it was an app based 2FA. Apparently you can turn it on without needing an email code, but you can't turn it off without one. It's been 12 hours and I'm still waiting for that code to turn it off.

Update Guitar seems to work fine, for some reason the wireless disconnects after 5 minutes? I think it might be dying but the app says 75% full, so probably a recalibration error or something? Overall it feels great and might be my daily driver now.

Got my @crkd.gg Les Paul after praying to the FedEx gods to deliver my package. Well they delivered it, but that was it. What a joke of a carrier company. Haven't tried the guitar just yet, but I'm sure it's fine.
