My two brothers and I played this a ton growing up. Being a cooperative game where you can also beat the shit out of each other leads to a lot of very brotherly experiences. We were also very young if I remember right.

I dunno if this ever goes on sale, but you might get a kick out of this shmup. The original controls and the updated twin stick option are both really fun. Has like 4 different soundtrack options too.

I really hope all the controversy at the game's launch didn't snuff out any potential for an expansion or even sequel. The designer Kento Kinoshita who did Dark Arisen and DD Online still works at Capcom and was Lead Designer on 2, so I'm still hopeful even though Itsuno has left.
