Just another ploy to create a narrative that the NHS is already fractured so not what people think it is therefore…

not a major move for them to go to the next step in their agenda to create an insurance based system.

WHAT !!! That was the foundation of the NHS.. access to a Dr for those who couldn't afford it.
Extremely disappointed to hear that being said.
I appreciate it being difficult but healing people will grow the economy.
