So, I was at the gym just now, and when I checked in at the front desk, a new guy called me my birth name.
My birth name hasn't been my legal name in over a decade. Wasn't on any paperwork the gym has.
And I was on the other side of the country back then.

One of my biggest insecurities is my height. But, over the last few years, I've lost height. I am down almost 5 in/12.7 cm from the peak of my height at age 17.
Just in 2025, I lost 1.5 in/3.8 cm... My doctor said it was from missing doses of meds (makes a little sense, but strange nonetheless)...

So the whole redistricting thing is a likely backfire for R's. Because it doesn't generate more votes, just narrows the lead per district to get more won.

Alright, stupid question: How do you check your speed while driving?
The ways I've known are to look at the speedometer, or use cruise control. My rear door sensor is broke, and the car thinks the door is open. Which disables cruise control, and covers the speedometer with a warning about the door.

Food safety question:
I know that refrigerators need to be below 40f/4c to keep cold food safe. Stops Bacteria etc..
So if it's <40f/4c outside, is it safe to leave cold food outside?
I've only done it with tea (sun tea, but cold basically), but would it still be safe for something else ie: milk?

Went to donate plasma earlier, and when testing blood pressure they usually tell you to "think calm thoughts" cuz apparently that is supposed to keep blood pressure down.
I've missed the lest three times donating because my blood pressure was too low. So the nurse said "think stressful thoughts" Lol
