Soufflé pancake at Aloha kitchen. So light and fluffy. It was like a meringue inside. Caramelized bananas candied crushed Mac nut, chocolate and Nutella and strawberries to top it off. I had the kalua pork moco. No pictures because my wife said it looks terrible.

Fun day around Hood Canal. Falls View hike, Mt Walker viewpoint, Rocky Brook Falls and I swear I saw @saramontourlewis.com at the Marina while eating a pretty decent pizza with my wife. But didn’t want to be weird in case it wasn’t.

1) no Fitzgerald article before November. 2) using the familiar “Fitz” is out of place in this article. 3) author implies that a storm from the sw made them go N. It was the winds from NE and NW that did. Whitefish bay is in SE of Lake Superior. There is also a town in WI, but unrelated.

Want to eat some amazing food? Go to Toronto and go eat at Scaramouche. Halibut & scallops were excellent. The coconut cream pie and deconstructed strawberry shortcake are in my top 5 best desserts I have ever had.
View was pretty darn good as well.

Toronto is great. Haven’t been since 1978. Was stunned how diverse it has become. That diversity has led to a pretty top notch food scene. Swagaat had some banger dishes. Skewer with black olives and cream cheese sauce over chx it was off the charts.

My dad would have loved the Packers play so far this season.
He was a nightmare to watch games with though in later years. He always turned the tv sound down and listened to the radio feed. As his hearing got worse he put head phones on.
So he would totally spoil all the big moments LOL.
