On other side didn’t hear elder2s (SRS) silly words & wondered what elder cousin & I laughing was about. We told them, cousin 2 laughed too, as did another family member. Our grandfather was a stern, cold, hard man. MMR once saw an old pic of him when first engaged smiling & they said ‘I’ve never /2

Cousins over, related through elder 1 (MML) - who married Elder 2 in their 50s. Elder 2 announces that they think it would’ve been great to meet Elder 1’s father (our grandfather) & they would have laughed together. Older cousin N turns and eyes widen and I turn & say ‘ha’ loudly & rest of table /1
