Normally law enforcement only pulls out the tactical gear when their mission includes a probability of deadly violence. SWAT, hostage rescue, etc.
ICE geared up like Navy Seals from day one - then went after handymen, teens, and parents with their kids.
Sounds like the violence was THEIR idea.
